Based in Penang, Malaysia, we are a plastic injection molding manufacturer serving international industrial markets. Since 2018, we have provided reliable production of plastic parts from household to high-performance engineering plastics.
We support projects from mold design to mass production. As an ISO-certified manufacturer, we focus on consistent quality, process control, and dependable long-term production.
Our Solutions
With 12 injection molding machines ranging from 60 to 650 tons, our facility supports a wide range of plastic manufacturing needs, from 0.5g small parts to large parts up to 2kg.
Precision Injection Molding
High precision plastic parts require tight control over machine parameters, tooling design, and material behavior.
Our production system is optimized to maintain part tolerances up to 0.001 inch, ensuring dimensional consistency across high-volume production.
Engineering Plastics
Engineering plastics are used in applications that require mechanical strength, thermal stability, chemical resistance, or electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties.
Our experience includes processing low, medium, high-temperature engineering plastics and glass fiber reinforced plastics.
Insert Molding & Over-Molding
Insert molding integrates metal or functional parts directly into a molded plastic part, eliminating secondary assembly and improving structural reliability.
Over-molding combines multiple materials into a single molded parts.
Secondary Process
