How to work with Us
Request a Quotation
Submit an RFQ with your drawings, material requirements, and expected production volume. Our team will review the details and provide a quotation for mold fabrication and part price.
DFM Review
Once the mold fabrication order is confirmed, we conduct a Design for Manufacturing (DFM) review to ensure the mold design is optimized and fulfil your application requirement.
Sample Approval
After mold is fabricated, we perform trial runs and process fine-tuning. We will prepare First Article Inspection samples for customer approval.
Production & Delivery
Production begins once the samples obtained customer’s approval.
