Our Products & Capabilities

We deliver high-quality plastic components that meet the strict standards of your industry.

High-Precision Plastics

Certain applications require extreme dimensional accuracy where "close enough" is not an option. We specialize in tight-tolerance molding, achieving precision as fine as 0.001 inch.

Engineering Plastics

Standard plastic isn't always enough for professional applications. We work with advanced materials designed to support high-end industrial requirement:

ESD (Electrostatic Discharge)

Certain industrial applications require ESD-safe plastics to protect sensitive components from electrostatic damage.

These are produced by incorporating carbon additives—such as powder, fiber, or nanotubes—into the material.

They are essential for electronics manufacturing and semiconductor handling.

Fire Retardant (FR)

For products that must meet strict safety codes, we use materials that passed UL 94 flammability tests.

UV Resistance

Outdoor environments require plastics that can withstand prolonged sun exposure. By using UV-stabilizer, we prevent the cracking, fading, and degradation.

Glass Fiber Reinforced

To increase stiffness and impact strength, we utilize resins reinforced with glass fibers, making it an ideal "metal-replacement" solution.

Insert Molding

This process involves bonding plastic directly onto metal components such as studs, nuts, or sensors during the molding cycle. This creates a single, high-strength part and eliminates the need for secondary manual assembly.

Over-molding

This technique allows for the production of a single part using two different materials or colors. By layering a soft-touch material (such as TPE) over a rigid plastic substrate, we can also add ergonomic "grip" to devices, create watertight seals, or provide impact resistance.

Secondary Process

We offer a range of post-molding services to meet your part's specific functional or packaging requirements.

Assembly

We offer Assembly services, including Sub-Assembly and Full Assembly solutions.

Ultrasonic welding

Ultrasonic Welding provide a fast, reliable, and precise solution for joining thermoplastics and other compatible materials. This technique ensures strong, clean, and seamless bonds without the need for adhesives or fasteners.

Heat staking Assembly

Heat staking is an assembly process that uses controlled heat and pressure to deform a plastic stud, permanently locking a secondary part (such as a metal bracket or PCB) in place.

Shrink Pack

Shrink Pack involves wrapping products in a plastic film that, when heated, shrinks tightly over the item to provide a tamper-evident seal, moisture protection, and a retail finish.

Milling

Milling is a versatile, subtractive machining process that removes material from a plastic part using a rotating cutter.
